This notice covers the Custom GPT “RepairTech ASE Master Tech” and any Action that calls https://autorepair-tech.net.

What ChatGPT sends us

When you use the GPT, OpenAI may send RepairTech a request so the GPT can read shop-owned material. That request can include:

• The Action path (for example RTKB list, repair-cycle fold, a bay-case or diagnosis id)
• Text the model includes in the request (symptoms, questions, identifiers you typed in the chat)
• A shop Action token in the header X-Grok-Drain-Token (this authenticates the GPT to our hop; it is not your ChatGPT password)

We receive that traffic through Cloudflare Pages on autorepair-tech.net. The hop forwards allowlisted GET reads to our shop API. It does not open live shop-of-record money, RO, or customer-account APIs to ChatGPT.

How we use it

We use Action traffic to return RepairTech-owned projections: technical knowledge (RTKB), the eight-step repair cycle, and captured bay / diagnosis records. We use it to operate and debug the hop. We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising.

What we do not collect through this Action

The Action is GET-only on an allowlist. It is not a booking form, payment form, or login. Do not paste payment card numbers, passwords, or unrelated personal files into the GPT. If you book or pay on the website, that is covered by the website privacy policy.

Who else sees it

• OpenAI — you are using ChatGPT. Their handling of chats is under OpenAI’s own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts the public site and the Action hop.

We do not sell or rent Action request data.

Retention

We keep operational logs as needed to run the shop tools and investigate abuse, then discard them on a routine schedule. Knowledge pages and bay cases already stored in the shop stay under ordinary shop-record rules.

Children

This GPT and our website are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
